Consultations

Initial consultations are provided to discuss your needs and determine whether our services are the right fit. A consultation does not guarantee admission or placement.

Service Agreements

Any fees, payment schedules, and cancellation terms for ongoing services will be outlined in a separate written agreement provided before services begin.

Refunds

If a payment is made in error, please contact Grace Hands Living as soon as possible. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible.

Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the circumstances and any applicable service agreement.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please notify us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other families.

If ongoing services are being provided, cancellation requirements will be governed by your written service agreement.

Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve billing concerns promptly and fairly.
